The Best Pumpkin Pancakes Recipe

These pumpkin pancakes so light and fluffy, with the perfect pumpkin spice flavor. A delicious fall breakfast everyone will love!

Ingredients:

Dry:

2 cups flour

3 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

Wet: 1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix) 1 egg

2 tbsp il

2 tbsp vinegar Directions:

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Slowly stir dry ingredients into wet until combined. Do not over mix. Cook over medium-high heat as you would regular pancakes.

Enjoy! Note: Leftovers can easily be frozen. To warm up, pop it in a toaster for a few minutes!
